From time to time, a Club newsletter is published. It is sent by
e-mail and is available to Social & Playing Members. If you would like to receive it, please click on the e-Mail link
below, and type 'newsletter' as the Subject. Please include your
full name, and/or your Membership number.

Competition results & current handicaps can now be accessed on-line at:
http://www.howdidido.co.uk
.
On your first visit you will need to register. The service is free, though
there is an optional enhanced service, such as texting results to your mobile,
available for a small annual fee.
MEN's SENIORS OPEN - Thursday 1st July
Mens FourBall BetterBall Stableford
event played over one round. Open to members and visitors with a valid handicap,
the entry fee is £25 per pair. Closing date for entries is Friday June 18th,
2010.
Minimum age 55 years on the
day of the competition. Start times 8.30am to 3.30pm.
Handicap limit 24 - Allowance 3/4. Active handicap certificates will be
required on the day.

OPEN MIXED GREENSOME FOURSOMES - Sunday 29th August
Mixed Stableford event played over one
round. Open to members and visitors with a valid handicap, the entry fee is
£25 per couple. Closing date for entries is Friday August 14th, 2010.
Start times 10.00am to 3.30pm.
Handicap limits - Men 18 Ladies 30. Active handicap certificates will be
required on the day.

Festival Week of Golf - Ending 31st July
AM-AM - Wednesday 28th July
Competition Type: Teams of Four,
Stableford , best 2 scores on each hole to count.
Open to members and visitors, entry fee £50 per team of 4. Start times 10am to
3.30pm.
Closing date for entries is Friday 18th July 2010.
Handicap Limit: Men 24 (¾), Ladies 30 (¾). Active handicap certificate required
on the day.

LADIES OPEN - Thursday 29th July
Competition Type: 18 Hole Team Stableford
, teams of 3, best 2 scores on each hole to count.
Open to members and visitors, entry fee £12 per person. Start times 9am to
4.30pm.
Closing date for entries is Friday 18th July 2010.
Handicap Limit: 30 - Full Handicap Allowance. Active handicap certificate
required on the day.

PRO-AM - Friday 30th July
Teams of 3 + Professional,
best two scores on each hole to count. Professionals also compete for best
individual scores. Entry fee £195 per team including meals. Shotgun start 1.30
pm.
Closing date for entries is Friday 18th July 2010.
Handicap limit Men 24 (¾) Ladies
30 (¾). Active handicap certificates will be required on the day.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE
Anyone who sponsors a hole for the week will receive the following benefits:
- Display your Company banner on the Tee of the sponsored hole
- Sponsors will be listed on the Wolstanton Golf Club website
- Sponsors will be included on publicity material around the Clubhouse
- Company leaflets/posters may be located around the Clubhouse for the Festival Week.
- A free round of golf for four (value over £100)
